The Power Bra by Forme® is an FDA-registered posture correcting bra designed to immediately improve your posture and upper body alignment.

This best-selling posture bra is made with patented technology consisting of 6 varied tension fabrics and 8 powerful double-fabric panels, which together trains your body to develop muscle memory that allows you to walk, sit, stand, and even sleep with great posture, breathe more deeply, and recover quickly without conscious effort. 

Designed by an orthopedic surgeon to help his mother battle poor posture and compressed lungs from cancer, Forme® will transform your whole body alignment, giving you posture that allows you to perform, think, and live at your highest potential.

For a more comfortable fit, stretch the armholes a few times before wearing. For full body alignment, pair with the Ergo Short, Sculpt+ Legging, or Sculpt Short 8” and the Arch Booster Sock.

When should I wear it?

Forme is designed to be worn daily and can enhance your daily activities, from your desk to your workout. The technology within Forme is seamless and powerful, delivering effective posture correction in a high performance garment that looks just like normal activewear.

How does wearing it improve my posture?

You will notice an immediate difference in your posture when you first put on Forme. However, with daily, regular wear, your body will develop muscle memory to restore ideal posture without conscious effort. Ultimately, the goal of Forme is to create a biomechanical awareness of your body’s alignment, so that it keeps you in alignment subconsciously much like walking or breathing. Forme is about redefining your standard of performance, and redefining the basic form of you.

Is there a specific way to care for the item(s)?

Take good care of your Forme® products, and they’ll take good care of you. We recommend washing our products on cold using natural soaps. Do not wash them with other clothing, and avoid using fabric softener, brightener, or bleach. Air-dry instead of using a dryer.
