1. Clean Your Nose 👃
Thoroughly clean both sides of your nose with soap and water or alcohol wipes.
2. Apply the Magnetic Tabs 🧲
Use the magnetic applicator to pick up each tab. Correct placement is crucial—apply one tab to each side of your nose and press down firmly to secure.
3. Wait for Adhesive to Set ⏱️
Allow 3-5 minutes for the adhesive to fully set before applying the nasal strip.
4. Attach the BreezyBuddy Strip
Place the magnetic nasal strip on your nose and let the magnets work their magic.

BreezyBuddy Tabs: Each Tab Pack contains 30 uses of Tabs. The Tabs are made of three fused layers of medical grade, sweat-wicking material designed to stay stuck no matter what.
4 Bands: The package offers a total of six sizes, with the middle four sizes included to help you choose which works best. Most people prefer one out of the four offered, and you can select between white or black Bands.
1 Applicator: A magnetic Applicator is included to help you pick up and easily apply each of your Tabs with precision.

The magnets are stronger than the adhesive so if you try to take off the band needing to blow your nose, it is likely to take the pads off with it. But if the adhesive fails you can just use regular medical tape to stick the pads back on.

Buying refill magnets is unnecessary and a waste, you can buy the 3M Healthcare Transpore Standard Hypoallergenic Porous Plastic Surgical Tape and cut little squares and reuse the magnets. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting money on other products.
